• Ubisoft and Immutable are partnering to create Web3 games, leveraging Ubisoft's Strategic Innovation Lab and Immutable's blockchain infrastructure and gaming integration experience.

• The collaboration, highlighted by successful demos of Immutable's flagship Web3 titles, aims to bring mainstream gaming quality to the Web3 space, focusing on player benefits like digital ownership.

• Immutable has launched test networks for its Immutable zkEVM and Immutable X, both ZK-rollup solutions for Ethereum scaling, with the partnership signaling a move toward mainstream adoption of Web3 gaming as seen with Illuvium's upcoming listing on the Epic Games Store.

Polygon to Hand Out $78M to Boost On-Chain Activity:

• Polygon Labs launches Polygon Village, a hub offering grants, mentorship, and networking for developers within its ecosystem, with over 110 million MATIC (~$78 million) allocated for project funding.

• The initiative aims to boost on-chain activity across all development stages and sectors, including DeFi, gaming, and infrastructure, with grants up to 2 million MATIC from the Polygon Foundation.

• In addition to financial support, Polygon Village will provide mentoring, VC networking, access to co-working spaces in New York and Lisbon, and discounts on essential development services like security and smart contract audits.

Binance Announces Self-Custody Crypto Wallet During Conference:

• Binance introduces a self-custody wallet within its native app, announced during its Blockchain Week in Istanbul, enabling users to explore Web3 and manage their assets with full self-custody.

• The new wallet feature supports token swapping across over 30 networks, interaction with decentralized apps, fund transfers between exchange and wallet, and opportunities to earn yield on digital assets.

• Focusing on user-friendly access and security, the wallet utilizes multi-party computation to break private keys into parts, increasing security and ensuring that only the user has access to their funds, despite Binance's market share decrease from 74% to 50% since December 2022.
